Explorers Come Alive!

The Explorers Project took on a life of it's own. Mrs. Ryals gave her students a choice of what product and they could create to show what they learned for the project. Students worked in groups and made all kinds of unique projects such as writing songs, creating a journal, writing and filming an interview, drawing a life size figure of an explorer, writing a poem, making a multimedia presentation using PowerPoint, making a movie, writing a skit, making an original map and even creating a new board game! Students were also encouraged to dress the part!
